Customer Reviews for Clark D. Palombo, Attorney at Law

Hired Law firm 2022-2023Easy appeal case, my ex claimed I waited inline in front of five customers where she works as a cashier. After my turn came I started suppository threatening her. The cam from Walmart shows that she wasn’t even on the cash register and no customers were inline in front of me at all, zero. He did not think that is a big deal since had customers 30 minutes earlier. For god sake she lied and stated I was standing in-line behind invisible customers. The judge did not even take him seriously. He was unprepared and not professional. I should have gone to Las Vegas instead of wasting $3500 on him. What an awful attorney, stay away.

Hired Law firm 2023Thank you, sir. You have restored some faith in the legal system for us. The attention to detail, even to those incarcerated with no voice, is appreciated. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Hired Law firm 2020-2023NEW Extremely poor representation. Communication through multiple emails with no response. Fails to return calls. Clark D Palombo lacks in experience and it clearly shows. If looking for a strong attorney look somewhere elsewhere. Clark often makes you feel as if he represents the other party more than his paying client. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Highly disappointed in his character. Does not even deserve one star. Hopefully this review will help someone avoid making the same mistake I did when hiring.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
