Overview

Donnie Peslis is an attorney at Mobley & Gontarek, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation, as well as probate and trust administration. Working closely with Paul Gontarek, Donnie represents financial institutions and fiduciaries—both corporate and individual—as well as families, individuals, charities, and other beneficiaries of trusts and estates.

Donnie earned his Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law. Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked in the music industry, traveling nationally as a tour manager with Compassion International. Donnie and his wife, Katie, have lived in Nashville since 2015 and are expecting their first child in the fall of 2026.
