Overview
Leslie was born and raised in Gardner, Kansas and graduated from Spring Hill High School. Ms. Lowe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography with a minor in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2006. She was also a member of the Sam Houston State Rodeo Team. She attended law school in Waco, Texas and graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 2013.
While at Baylor Law School, Leslie clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Dallas, Texas. She also competed at the 2012 Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition and was selected to the Order of Barristers.
