After my car accident I didn't know what to do next. I was referred to the Jeremy Levine Law Firm to handle my case. Jeremy and his staff were compassionate and understanding. They walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails. On occasions when I was frustrated with the process, Jeremy and his staff calmed and reassured me. I would recommend the Jeremy Levine Law Firm to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney that will work hard to get the case resolved on behalf of the client.

I highly recommend Jeremy. Professional, personable and caring. My case had a deposition I felt very nervous about. He prepared me very well and made me feel comfortable. He settled my case very successful. I was very satisfied. Thank you Jeremy.

Jeremy Levine helped me with my case against an uninsured motorist. My insurance was not wanting to back the claim and was not being cooperative at first. The Levine Law firm really straightened them out and pointed out what they had to pay. They went step by step and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case. Highly recommend!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
