Overview
Bruce Beach has over 30 years of experience litigating cases throughout the states of Texas and Louisiana. He has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible attorney rating for legal ability and ethics. Bruce has also been recognized by National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (Southern Region) for his accomplishments in the courtroom. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Southern Regional Program and a member of the Texas Bar College.
Bruce graduated from Baylor University School of Law, where he served as Research and Topics Editor of the Baylor Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court Team and Order of Barristers. Following law school, Bruce started his career in Houston practicing commercial litigation. His practice areas expanded over the years to include professional liability, catastrophic personal injury, trucking and transportation, oilfield legacy environmental litigation, and insurance defense. He has successfully handled multi-million-dollar cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Before moving back to Texas in 2020, Bruce also worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 company for six years.
