After receiving his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, Carson chose to pursue his law degree at Baylor Law School. There, Carson participated in Baylor Law’s nationally recognized, rigorous trial advocacy curriculum, “Practice Court.” Carson was also an active and recurring member of Baylor’s nationally ranked Mock Trial and Moot Court teams where he received recognition for his proficiency in trial advocacy and oral argument at the regional and national level. His achievements include being recognized as the Best Speaker Runner-Up and semi-finalist in the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition (2018) and Regional Champion and Best Advocate in the Winter 2020 National Mock Trial competition (Nationals cancelled due to COVID). Carson’s academic prowess and passion for protecting citizens’ rights earned him recognition as a recipient of the Alice Jean and Thure B. Canon Constitutional Law Award. Moreover, Carson’s achievements provided him with unique opportunities, like helping Texas appellate lawyers prepare for oral argument before the Supreme Court of Texas.

After graduating and passing the Texas Bar, Carson began his practice as a commercial litigator at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr’s flagship office in downtown Dallas. There, he helped sophisticated businesses across numerous industries obtain favorable resolutions in and out of court. Carson gained valuable experience during his time representing large businesses in complex commercial litigation. He also saw firsthand the barriers that private citizens often encounter in our legal system. Now, Carson provides people with the same quality of representation that big businesses often rely upon.
