Charlie grew up in Los Angeles, California. He completed his undergraduate studies at Elon University in Elon, NC where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in International Studies. During his undergraduate years, Charlie studied abroad, and he interned at a Washington, DC firm representing leaders in defense, aerospace, intelligence, and related industries.
