Overview
With over 10 years of experience as a prosecutor, the criminal justice system is very familiar territory for Joseph. He’s handled felonies for the Travis County District Attorney‘s office, and misdemeanors for both the Travis County Attorney’s Office, and the City of Cedar Park as the city prosecutor.
He has handled many different felony offenses including Aggravated Assault, Intoxication Manslaughter, Intoxication Assault, Sexual Assault, various drug offenses, and gun possession charges. He has substantial jury trial experience trying many blood and breath DWI’s, as well as trying other offenses such as Indecent Exposure, Deadly Conduct, Assault, and Theft.
Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Joseph has lived in Austin since 1994. When not advocating for his clients, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and playing his guitar.
