Josh Buxbaum joined the firm in August 2025 as an Associate Attorney. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and double minors in Business and Professional Sales and Business Development. He received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.

Josh’s legal practice focuses primarily on estate planning (wills, trusts, and probate) and business transactional law, (business entity formations, contracts, and mergers & acquisitions). He assists individuals, families, and business owners in navigating complex legal matters with practical, tailored solutions designed to meet their specific goals.

While at Tulane University Law School, Josh was a managing editor for the Tulane Technology and Intellectual Property Journal. When not practicing, Josh can be found on the golf course or traveling.
