A native Austinite and proud double Longhorn, Julia earned her B.A. in History, with High Honors, in 2020 and her J.D. in 2024, both from the University of Texas. During law school, she interned at the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. She also served on the editorial board of The Review of Litigation and worked with the Center for Women in Law for several years.

Before joining Brophy & Johnson, Julia practiced at a national civil litigation and insurance defense firm, where she honed her skills in courtroom advocacy, case development, and client communication. Her experience spans personal injury, construction, Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims, business and contract disputes, real estate, family law, and appeals. She also has transactional drafting experience.
