Nicole A. Goldstein practices in the areas of health care, regulatory and administrative law. Ms. Goldstein advises corporations and health care providers on numerous regulatory, licensure and transactional issues, as well as consulting on health care related topics including Anti-Kickback and Stark laws. Ms. Goldstein is experienced in changes of ownership, purchasing/selling/developing health care entities, fraud and enforcement investigations and health care compliance.
Prior to co-founding Rivas Goldstein, Ms. Goldstein was an associate of Garlo Ward, LLP where she represented long term care facilities and providers in regulatory matters. Ms. Goldstein is also a former associate of Calinoff and Katz, in New York City, where she defended large corporations in commercial litigation suits.
Nicole is an active member of American Health Lawyers Association. She is currently admitted to practice in Texas and New York.
