Her passion for employment law was sparked during law school while working as a law clerk at a boutique firm that focused on civil rights, employment law, and criminal defense. That experience deepened her understanding of the critical intersection between employment law and civil rights and shaped her desire to address systemic inequities through legal advocacy.
Prior to law school, Ms. Keyes attended Louisiana State University A&M, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with a minor in Psychology. Her interdisciplinary background enhances her ability to understand and navigate complex legal and social dynamics, particularly in cases involving marginalized communities.
