Ty’Queese Keyes - Austin, TX

Ty’Queese Keyes is a licensed trial attorney at Rob Wiley, P.C., where she focuses her practice on employment law. Ms. Keyes is deeply committed to advocating for employees who have experienced discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. She approaches each case with strategic insight and unwavering dedication, representing clients in both state and federal courts with a strong focus on results and justice.

Ms. Keyes earned her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of New Mexico School of Law. During law school, she demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy and leadership, serving as President of the Black Law Students Association during the 2022–2023 academic year. She also participated in the Child and Family Justice Clinic Program, where she provided direct legal services to families and youth. In recognition of her exceptional work and client-centered advocacy, she was awarded the Clinic Honors Award.

Her passion for employment law was sparked during law school while working as a law clerk at a boutique firm that focused on civil rights, employment law, and criminal defense. That experience deepened her understanding of the critical intersection between employment law and civil rights and shaped her desire to address systemic inequities through legal advocacy.

Prior to law school, Ms. Keyes attended Louisiana State University A&M, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with a minor in Psychology. Her interdisciplinary background enhances her ability to understand and navigate complex legal and social dynamics, particularly in cases involving marginalized communities.

Ms. Keyes brings a strong foundation in employment law, family law, civil rights, and social justice to her practice. She is committed to empowering clients, amplifying underrepresented voices, and pursuing meaningful change through the legal system.
