Whitney Reyes - Austin, TX

Whitney Reyes joins Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP on November 2, 2026, bringing thorough preparation and practical judgment to her civil litigation practice. She approaches each matter with close attention to the facts and a clear understanding of her clients' objectives, developing legal strategies that reflect what they need to accomplish. Her interests include business, construction, and real estate disputes, where careful analysis and an understanding of the client's broader goals help guide effective advocacy.

Whitney's litigation experience includes insurance defense and creditor-rights matters. Before joining the firm, she worked on more than 80 civil litigation cases, evaluating claims and handling written discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She has taken and defended more than 70 depositions, argued legal issues at hearings, and participated in mediations and settlement negotiations. She has also second-chaired a trial. This experience informs her preparation at each stage of a case, whether she is assessing the evidence, preparing a motion, or working toward a negotiated resolution.

Whitney's perspective also draws on her experience as a business owner. She founded and operated a subscription-based fitness app and online business, managing its finances, customer service, and relationships with technology providers and business partners. Building and running that business gave her firsthand experience with the operational demands and financial decisions business owners face. She brings that perspective to her legal work, with an appreciation for how a dispute can affect a client's time, resources, and plans.

Whitney earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2019 and her Bachelor of Arts in History from San Diego State University in 2014. During law school, she gained experience in civil litigation and personal injury matters through law clerk and internship roles. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2022.
