Overview
Dean is a native of Southeast Texas who graduated from Lamar University with distinction. Dean left a successful corporate career to attend law school at the University of Tulsa where he graduated with honors. Dean returned to Jefferson County to establish his law practice, and since 1994 he has met the legal needs of individuals and businesses throughout Southeast Texas.
Dean has extensive civil trial experience as well as extensive experience with business, estate planning and real estate transactions. Dean has helped form hundreds of area businesses and represents several local businesses in their transactions and disputes.
On an individual level, Dean’s skills and experience make him an excellent choice for those with family, probate and real property issues. On a national level, Dean has been called to serve as Special Master in Chancery overseeing the allocation of over one billion dollars in aggregate settlements to thousands of claimants living throughout the United States. Dean’s clients are well served by his trial experience and his wide body of knowledge in a number of legal areas.
