Benjamin Sauer grew up in Henrietta, Texas and attended Texas A&M for both his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees. He earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M, College Station in the spring of 2015. Mr. Sauer juris doctor degree from Texas A&M School of Law, located in Fort Worth, in the spring of 2018 and was admitted as a member of the Texas State Bar in the fall of 2018.

Mr. Sauer has worked as a legal clerk for several firms beginning in 2010 up until the time he attended law school. His time as a clerk provided him legal experience in the areas of real estate, probate, family law, civil litigation and criminal defense.
