Jacob Lindberg - Boerne, TX

Jacob Lindberg works with individuals facing criminal charges across Texas, bringing a strong sense of service and practical courtroom experience to his defense work. As a former Bexar County prosecutor, Jacob understands how criminal cases are reviewed and pursued, and he uses that perspective to help clients navigate the justice system with clarity and confidence. His practice includes criminal defense, DWI, drug offenses, and record-clearing matters.

Jacob also brings experience as a former juvenile prosecutor, giving him a working understanding of the juvenile court system and the unique considerations involved in cases affecting young people and their families. In addition to criminal defense, he regularly assists clients with expunctions and record-clearing matters, helping eligible individuals move forward after involvement with the criminal justice system.

Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
