Overview

Wayo Ortiz is the newest member of the Law Office of B. Trey Martinez. After having spent two summers, during law school, clerking with the Law Office of B. Trey Martinez, Wayo decided to join the firm full-time as an Associate Attorney.

Wayo was raised in Brownsville, Texas and received his B.B.A. from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas in 2010 and then went on to attain his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in May 2014.

Wayo was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2014. He is currently a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association.

Wayo intends to focus primarily on business litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
