Emma Kypuros - Buda, TX

Emma Kypuros is an Associate Attorney at Key Law Office, specializing in family law. A proud native of San Marcos, Texas, Emma is deeply connected to Central Texas.

She earned her undergraduate degree from St. Edward’s University, graduating cum laud in Global Studies with an emphasis in Latin American studies and Spanish. As a Summer Academic Excellence Award Scholar, Emma led an independent research project in Costa Rica, before studying for 6 months in Chile at La Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

After graduation, Emma worked with the Children’s Defense Fund of Texas, further igniting her passion for community advocacy and her commitment to supporting children and families. This drive led her to enroll at St. Mary’s University School of Law School, where she served as a Student Attorney for the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic Program, volunteered for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid clinics, and Texas Law Help, and gained invaluable experience in civil litigation matters.

Outside of her legal career, Emma loves to travel, learn new languages, throw pop-up cafes for her family and friends, spend time with her dog Tico, and reading. Emma speaks Spanish, and has plans to be able to do more than just order coffee in Italian and Greek soon.
