Firm Information
Overview
Jack Byno, Attorney At Law
I represent people with traffic and other tickets. I have a great deal of experience handling these matters. I have represented thousands of people with traffic and other violations since 1994 and I am a former Municipal Court Judge.
Did you know that just paying a ticket is a plea of guilty and could result in an offense appearing on your driving record and having points accessed. I may be able to help keep the ticket off your record. I can appear in court on your behalf and in most cases save you money and lessen your conditions of probation. Naturally, the facts and history of every case is different, therefore I cannot make you any promises or guarantees. But just ask any of the thousands of satisfied clients I have represented and you will understand why they keep coming back and giving me referrals.

Hired Law firm 2023-2024It took A year to get my ticket off but at lease it came off. I must have sent A dozen emails asking about my case and finally came through. I have A truck driver license so it’s A little harder to get off, but it did.

Hired Law firm 2023-2024Do Your Research On This Attorney. A Google search will tell you how poorly they are reviewed. Do not use this attorney. They sent me the wrong "template" and when I found out what happened I was in an even bigger problem then the ticket. They then act like it was explained when it wasn't. When I I contracted with them the person I spoke to told me one thing and then they no longer work there so things changed. I will never use them again for a ticket. It was a complete waste of money to hire them. Read the other 1 star reviews and it will tell you the truth. Look up there reviews on other websites and you see how poorly this firm is reviewed by not only clients but other attorneys.

Hired Law firm 2021They get the same results as not having a lawyer at all. (Worse results in my case). They won't bother asking any questions they just do whatever is easiest for them then let you know how it goes. They'd rather argue with you than in court. They talk it up real big then steal your money.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
