This 6^th generation Texas graduated from the University of Texas in 1996, Attended the University of Houston Law Center and began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Montgomery Country Attorney’s Office and then the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office where she worked as a misdemeanor and felony Prosecutor for 9 years.

The toughest job she ever had, however, came after that when she left the DA’s office to raise her two beautiful daughters for 10 years.

As rewarding as that job was, all good things must come to a close and she found a renewed calling in helping the citizen accused and returned to law practice as a criminal defense attorney. It is a calling, and it is not for the faint of heart.

In her spare time, you will find her reading, cooking for teenagers, working in her garden and identifying bird calls using her favorite bird sound app.

But despite these tranquil pursuits, make no mistake, in the courtroom, she is a junk yard dog.
