Bill’s trajectory included a career dedicated to fighting for victims and consumer rights, having worked on numerous cases with real-world implications. Many of the cases emphasized the need for safety mandates and standards to protect future generations from defective vehicles, defective products, dangerous pharmaceuticals, medical negligence, and deceptive trade practices. As a result of his outstanding legal credentials and experience, Bill was a frequent lecturer at trial seminars for more than 45 years.
Bill was committed to “what was right” but never failed to enjoy the little luxuries in life. If he wasn’t working, he was appreciating the Texas nature. Bill was a handball player, avid fisherman, hunter, gardener, and rancher.
