Consulted Law firm 20245.17.24 My experience with Hiram mcbeth has being the worst since meeting him on May 08, 2024, he "refuse" to allow me to view the state "discover^ against me that as the Defendant I am entitled to, he & Dallas County are withholding pertinent evidence of my property ownership, he refuse to discuss the case with me & does not want Me to give home my documents of home ownership, he the prosecutor sara delaney, kristen jackson, jennifer bennett, dominique collins & malcom harden are corrupt & are prejudice & bias against Defendant, they also criminally & fraudently recorded case documents stating the Defendant is mentally incompetent & arrested her for nearly a year, denied her bond, all because Defendant repeatedly states with proof that her home is her home and the recorded Title Deed, the recorded Last Will and Testament... Dallas County are bias for the crooks that stole Defendant home by recording fraudently Title Deeds, Dallas County is corrupt they also removed & altered court records, Hiram mcbeth, is sooooo dishonest with the assigned prosecutor & judge this experience has been like a nightmare, they have lied, deceived. Withheld documents, forged documents it horrible, Hiram mcbeth told Defendant, I'm not discussing anything relating to your charge of Criminal Mischief, you broke the windows, the home isn't your home, but neither he nor anyone else will tell Defendant why her HEIR PROPERTY, Transferred Surviving "Joint Tenant with Right of Survivorship", Designated Sole Beneficiary of the Defendant Father Last Will and Testament, is not her home according to Texas Law, how is that possible, how can my Defendants home not be her home, with her recorded evidence of ownership! Dallas County employees are corrupt liars, they deleted recorded documents, they withhold pertinent evidence, they criminally & fraudently file fake documents, to perfect their scheme.Dallas county has a hidden code of the good Ole boy rule, & the prosecutors will tell the attorneys Defendant already have an attorney "which wasn't true" Defendant would fire the attorneys of record when they, refuse to disclose the discovery, refuse to record Defendant homeownership documents, refuse to transfer the case to another court or county. due to Dallas County documented corruption relating to this case of Criminsl Mischief, Dallas County judges, jennifer bennett, & dominique collins, prosecutors, shannon barber, amanda boylan, malcom harden, Kendra mckimmey, Sara Delaney, suzy venegas, Terry marsaw, William Kennedy, matthew Peacock are criminals and should be prosecuted as such, they knowingly, intentionally. Criminally are biased against Defendant and for the plaintiff that knowingly, stole Defendant home, they cover, their lies and schemes, they are cowards...dominique collins fraudently held Defendants in jail 2 extra months after being told she was being released (dominique was the judge that fraudently, & criminally arrested Defendant, in retaliation dominique collins also criminally ordered a leg monitor for Defendants to wear in addition to full house arrest (overkill) because Defendant keep saying her home is her home and plaintiff's stole Defendant home and fraudently recorded title Deeds. Not once,, not twice but three times,, Defendant rightfully protected her her from crooks fraudently stealing her home as any reasonable person would have & should have done! Dallas County & there good Ole boy system, are criminally defending the plaintiff the crook & are making Defendants liable, Matt Peacock one of Defendant attorney "criminally, fraudently, knowingly, without knowledge of Defendant "pay the plaintiff $6000, for breaking 2 windows, at her home in attempt to stop the plaintiff from attempt to move in her home ..I would never recommend Hiram mcbeth to family, friends or my worst enemy,

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
