Benjamin Nguyen - Dallas, TX

Benjamin Nguyen is a native of the DFW area and after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, he attended the University of Massachusetts School of Law but earned his Juris Doctorate in 2017 from the Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. Ben has extensive trial experience, having competed in mock trial since high school, where he placed at nationals, throughout undergrad and law school.

His successful results in trial is a testament to his capabilities as a young attorney and consistently continues to make waves in the legal industry due to thorough preparation and aggressive advocacy. Ben has had a diverse set of experiences having worked in multiple legal fields, including energy regulation, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, commercial and consumer collections, immigration, criminal defense, and alternative dispute resolution.

Having worked extensively in corporate settings, Ben determined that his unique set of skills, experience, and knowledge would be better suited for a more personable approach to client relations, focusing on effective communication and personable client relations in personal injury law.
