Participated in many phases of intellectual property litigation including preparation of motions, briefs, other litigation documents and appeal briefs to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prepared witnesses in patent-related jury trial, and participated in many aspects of discovery. Has a high level of second chair litigation experience including development of litigation strategy, negotiations and mediation. Subject matter areas of experience include patent, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets and contracts. Involved in extensive trade secret and International Trade Commission actions.
