Overview

Chris Forasiepi is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm. Chris primarily represents clients in EEO complaints, MSPB appeals, OSC/OIG investigations, and proposed disciplinary matters. Chris also acts as the subject matter expert in FERS and CSRS disability retirement applications processed through the OPM. He has an extremely high success rate in contesting OPM's decisions through MSPB appeals when they rule against our clients. Chris graduated from the OU College of Law and received two bachelors from UNT, one in psychology and the other in political science. Like his fellow associates at our law firm, Attorney Forasiepi has a passion for helping federal employees with their employment matters. In his spare time Chris enjoys relaxing with friends, playing board games, and reading books.
