For over 12 years I have represented a broad spectrum of international companies, private equity firms, partnerships, and joint ventures in mergers & acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, intellectual property, and complex transactions throughout the world. Having practiced with the top firms of Kirkland & Ellis in New York and Vinson & Elkins in London and Dallas, I have experience advising on complicated corporate deals and I am familiar with the level of service, timing of delivery, and quality of legal analysis that is expected from sophisticated clients. As a U.S. trained lawyer and English solicitor, I also assist U.S. companies expand their operations internationally, or assist international companies build their operations in the U.S. While I focus on middle-market companies and transactions, I have managed transactions that range in size from millions to billions of US dollars, and I have been repeatedly recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine.
