Mr. Mooty is one of the founding partners of McCathern Mooty, LLP, a civil litigation firm located in Dallas. He has served the firm as its' managing partner since the firm's inception in 1998. Jerry's background and legal practice has focused on complex negotiations and counselling new business owners as well as handling litigious matters involving breach of contract, employment, commercial disputes, wrongful termination, negligence, personal injury and oil and gas. Jerry began his legal career with the firm Godwin & Carlton k/n/a Godwin Pappas Langley Ronquillo, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas. Jerry has served the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., the Jerry Jones family and their respective business interests, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation and its related entities, and many other businesses and individuals over the past twelve years.
