Jordan has represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters including; landlord/tenant disputes, construction litigation, mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens, contract disputes, employment/minimum wage/overtime disputes, personal injury defense, worker’s compensation/nonsubscriber disputes, intellectual property disputes, and real property disputes, among other areas.
Jordan graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2014. Before pursuing his law degree, he attended the University of Florida where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree focusing in Finance in 2011.
Jordan has an extensive background in homebuilding, construction, property laws and tactics in negotiation. His father, Tom Whiddon, has built over 250 homes in the DFW area for over 30 years working as a homebuilder at Whiddon Homes, Inc. The family training he received in growing up in Plano, TX provided a great base for knowledge in all areas of commercial litigation.
