Attorney Information

Overview

Resolve Complex Cases Constructively

I represent goal-oriented individuals who aim to resolve complex matters, including challenging property issues, high-net-worth asset disputes, and mental health or substance abuse problems. They value constructive and creative approaches that protect children, preserve the relationship with their co-parent, and prioritize vital short- and long-term goals. Whether working with parents of children on a customized plan, strategizing with executives on complex property divisions or compensation structures, or developing resolutions for high-wage professionals and their spouses, I guide them through the process to protect them, their interests, and their futures.

Here’s how:

  • Create a customized goal-oriented approach that delivers peace of mind and confidence about the future.
  • Facilitate good, grounded, well-informed decisions that achieve long-term interests.
  • Unwind complex estates without unnecessary financial or emotional costs.
  • Apply creative thinking and ideas—from start to finish—to achieve the best possible outcome.
