Overview

Kristen Ann Paulsen joined Link & Associates in early 2024. Before joining Link & Associates, Kristen worked at a small boutique personal injury defense firm. Originally from Indiana, Kristen attended Purdue University Northwest where she graduated summa cum laude in 2020 with a degree in Sociology and an emphasis in Criminal Justice. She was an active member in her sorority, Environmental Club, Criminal Justice Club, National Society of Leadership and Success, Alpha Phi Sigma, and Alpha Kappa Delta.

She moved to Texas to attend Texas A&M School of Law where she earned her J.D. with a concentration in Intellectual Property in 2023. She was founder and President of the Life, Law, and Pursuit of Happiness Club and a zealous advocate for the importance of mental wellness in the legal profession. While obtaining her degree, she completed internships at the Thirteenth District Court of Appeals, an intellectual-property firm, and an estate planning firm.

Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys inline skating, hiking, board games, and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Jacob and their two cats Freddie and Sir Purrs-a-lot.
