He has practiced exclusively in health law, primarily representing the provider community. This practice has spanned more than three decades focused on the interests of individual physicians and physician groups, hospitals, and other licensed facilities including independent diagnostic testing facilities, nursing homes, home health agencies, and durable medical equipment suppliers. He is currently retained general counsel for Texas hospitals operated by a national hospital system.
