While at Tulane, Mark served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulane Law Review. While on the Tulane Law Review, Mark authored "Gales v. Gold Bond Building Products: Occupationally Diseased Employees," 61 Tul. L. Rev. 1241 (1987).
