Overview
Mark received his Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1988, Mark graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
After three years of practice in North Carolina, Mark began working for Lipe & Green, a highly regarded boutique litigation firm that later merged with Conner Winters, one of the largest law firms in Oklahoma. For nearly three decades, Mark honed his skills, became a partner, and earned a reputation for his exceptional litigation acumen. During his tenure, Mark worked on a diverse range of litigation such as propane explosions across the country, products liability, oil & gas industry injury claims, Consumer Product Safety Commission disputes, insurance coverages and catastrophic damages litigation.
Next, Mark became the Lead Counsel - Tort Litigation for Walmart where he managed serious personal injury claims in Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
Over the course of his career, Mark has been admitted pro hac vice in nearly half of the country’s state courts. Mark has also been recognized for many years by Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Benchmark Litigation.
Mark’s influence and interests extend beyond the courtroom; he is an author, contributing articles to reputable legal publications. His written work reflects his commitment to stay at the forefront of legal developments.
Mark is married and has two daughters. In his free time, he relentlessly pursues a quest for perfect barbeque.
