She then transitioned to insurance defense where she defended corporate clients across a variety of practice areas. Rachel has experience litigating cases involving premises liability, trucking accidents, amusement park injuries, and criminal acts of third parties. As a defense attorney, Rachel enjoys analyzing the unique facts of each case and developing creative, persuasive defense strategies. Rachel also enjoys advocating for her clients in the courtroom. Rachel won her first defense verdict within her first year of practicing when she participated as first-chair attorney on a bench trial in small claims court. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dog, working out, reading, and being in nature.
