Tyler Sroufe - Dallas, TX

Tyler J. Sroufe is the Deputy Managing Attorney at our law firm. Mr. Sroufe advises our litigation team on issues faced by public sector employees. His practice is primarily dedicated to EEOC and MSPB matters, responses to proposed disciplinary actions, and investigations into potential misconduct. Mr. Sroufe has handled hundreds of cases and achieved favorable results for his clients through litigation and settlement of EEOC and MSPB claims. He also oversees the submission of OPM Disability applications. Mr. Sroufe graduated from The University of New Mexico with a degree in Finance and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has a passion for community involvement and was awarded The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Community Service Award for his work at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, P.L.L.C., Attorney Sroufe clerked at Weisel, Xides & Foerster, LLP in downtown Pittsburgh, PA and assisted clients with legal issues in real estate and zoning. When he is not at work, he enjoys attending sporting events and reading classic literature.
