Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Evan has excelled academically, graduating as valedictorian of his high school. His prowess earned him a full-ride scholarship with the Honors College at Texas A&M University Commerce, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. During his time there, Evan showcased his leadership as President of Beta Alpha Psi International Honor Organization, the Order of Omega Honor Society, and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Evan’s education also took him around the globe, having enriching study experiences in Beijing, Madrid, Berlin, and Barcelona.

His academic achievements continued with a full-ride scholarship to Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Hatton Sumners Scholar, where he also served as Editor in Chief of the law review. He exhibited a commitment to justice then, helping start F.I.T.E. - Fighting for Innocence Through Exoneration - an organization dedicated to helping individuals wrongfully convicted of crimes.

After graduating in the top 10 of his law school, Evan's legal career began at the Denton County District Attorney's Office, where he made a significant impact as a Misdemeanor Court Chief, Juvenile Prosecutor, and a CPS attorney. After more than 4 years of experience as an Assistant District Attorney, Evan took the experience he gained and transitioned to private practice with Lloyd & Associates. Since then, he as celebrated significant legal career milestones as well personal milestones, one of which being him marrying his best friend since college, Brianna, in May of 2024.
