Roger was born in White River, Arizona and raised in upstate New York. Roger obtained a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business administration at Washington and Lee University in Lexington Virginia in 1979.
After a multifaceted business career including a hotel, real estate and gasoline businesses Roger attended Texas Wesleyan University Law School where he earned his law degree in 1994.
Roger has been in private practice for 18 years in Denton and Dallas, Texas. Roger's practice emphasis is on Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Wills/Probate. Roger is board certified in Family Law and Civil Litigation and has been selected for inclusion in Texas SuperLawyers each year from 2014-2018.
Roger is also active in the Denton real estate market as the owner of multiple office buildings in and around the Denton County courthouse.
Roger and his wife Ann have four children, three daughters and a son.
