Hired Law firm 2025Scammy and greedy lawyer, who I was desperate enough to hire through “Marble law” as a divorce lawyer. Signed me up for $7500 loan and didn’t even show up in court both times. Didn’t follow up the restraining order that he filed. Didn’t do any work. Very evasive to answering any questions. Asked another $3500 to present me in mediation where all other lawyers do it for free. And when I refused to pay additional $3500 he signed off my case by making up some random reason. (He got paid in full by the loan company upfront, so he knew he doesn’t need to work) PLEASE, BE CAREFUL AND STOP and READ REVIEWS FOR MARBLE LAW before you sign up with this lawyer. He will tell you that you are his first client with Marble and it’s a lie. This is done so that he can pretend he doesn’t know about the charges that are coming soon, because THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES and if you refuse to pay, HE WILL DROP YOUR CASE and LEAVE YOUR LOAN HANGING. Remember, only attorneys who struggle to find their own clients go with Marble law. If you already signed up with Marble law and this attorney, contact me on yelp (you will find me under the review section for this lawyer) and I will help you to get out of this scam, because I was in the same place as you. Be careful people!

Hired Law firm 2014-2021This is a waste of money and time lawyer!!!! He will only take your money and ignore your case. Staff is never stable always changing people so communication is out the door. I hired him and did absolutely nothing for me, but just take my money. I strongly advise you not waist your money with him!!

Hired Law firm 2020The Law Office Of Mr Morales is a law firm I highly recommend to hire. What I was most impressed by them is that they hear what you have to say and they go over with you on steps they would take if you hire them. Many lawyers ask for payment up front before they even begin to explain their course of action they will take. Very friendly staff who are very professional when speaking to you. God Bless you

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
