Chad Cacciotti has over 23 years of legal experience serving clients throughout Texas specializing in construction law, regulatory compliance, business formations and general counsel services. Chad has served as legal counsel for numerous small to midsize companies, providing expertise in complex contract negotiation, OSHA compliance, business transactions and civil litigation. He has tried multiple cases to verdict and conducted numerous depositions throughout his litigation career. Chad earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law) and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas A&M University. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. Chad has been continually recognized as a Top Attorney by FTW Magazine since 2018. He has also been recognized as a Top Attorney in 360 West Magazine from 2017 - 2024.
Dedicated to service, Chad has been a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation since 2019. He previously served on the Board for Hannah House from 2011 – 2015 and in the role of President of the Board from 2011 – 2013. He is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and is involved with the Holy Family Dad’s Club through which he volunteers for the parochial school.
Chad is married to is law school sweetheart and together they have two children. Outside the office, he can often be found on the sidelines cheering on their children in sports or in the audience for their other activities, such as theater performances. Chad also enjoys hiking, traveling, grilling, and playing tennis.
