Attorney Information
Overview
Accomplished, caring, and hardworking trial lawyer primarily practicing Family Law in DFW.
Creative and results-oriented attorney seeking the next step in my career. I bring exceptional oratorical ability, strong persuasive skills, and a personable, approachable demeanor to every case. I believe deeply in “Justice for All” and in giving a voice to the voiceless, and I am seeking a position that allows me to continue pursuing those values while achieving measurable, meaningful results.
I have represented more than 1,800 clients across a broad spectrum of family law and related matters. My experience includes completing a jury trial and more than 50 final trials. I have handled cases involving divorce, custody, enforcement of child and medical support, property division, habeas corpus proceedings, writs of attachment, adversary CPS actions, parental termination, and civil causes of action arising within divorce matters. I also have extensive experience with community waste and reconstitution issues, as well as reimbursement claims involving separate estates.
