Dana Zachry is a partner with Katten Benson Zachry, LLP. She is a 2007 graduate of Texas A&M University and a 2011 graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law, now Texas A&M University School of Law. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2011.
She is the President of the Texas A&M University School of Law Alumni Organization and serves on the Board of Directors of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of Guardianship Services, Inc. Dana is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Dana was recently honored as the 2021 recipient of the Texas Aggie Bar Association's Rising Aggie Lawyer award. For 2019 through 2021, Dana has been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star, a designation awarded to no more than 2.5% of eligible attorneys, and she has been named a Top Attorney by Fort Worth, Texas magazine and 360 West magazine. She was selected as a member of the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law (REPTL) Leadership Academy Class of 2018-2019. While in law school, Dana was on the Executive Board of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review and was named a 2008 Law Fellow. She is a frequent speaker for the Alzheimer's Association, Lockheed Martin's elder care network, Brookdale assisted living communities, as well as UT Arlington and TCU. Dana and her husband, Andrew, live in Fort Worth with their sons, Declan and Jackson.
