Attorney Information
Overview
Guiding Clients Toward Lasting Solutions
Family law matters are unlike any other legal issue because they touch every aspect of a person’s life—family, work, finances, and social relationships. My aim is to help clients close a difficult chapter, move forward to a brighter future, and reach outcomes they are comfortable with so they can truly focus on rebuilding their lives. While I handle all areas of family law, I am especially drawn to custody and visitation matters, where a solution-oriented, child-focused approach can make a meaningful impact. I prioritize settlement and creative parenting plans tailored to each family’s needs when possible. If settlement is not possible, I am a confident and prepared advocate in the courtroom.
Here’s how:
- Develop child-centered, practical solutions, including custom possession schedules, step-up plans for infants and young children, and reunification structures that reflect each family’s unique needs.
- Help clients reach settlements through negotiation whenever possible, while being fully prepared to advocate effectively in court when necessary.
- Provide clear, responsive communication and sound judgment, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and able to move forward with confidence.
Representative Outcomes
- Secured Equal Parenting Time
- Protected Grandparents’ Rights in Child’s Life
- Crafted Visitation Plan for Medically Fragile Infants
- Finalized Non-Parent and Stepparent Adoptions
- Navigated complex custody issues, including long distance possession and access schedules
