Goranson Bain Ausley's Fort Worth office serves families throughout Tarrant County, including Fort Worth, Arlington, Southlake, Westlake, and surrounding communities. As part of Texas's largest family law firm, the Fort Worth team brings significant experience and resources to clients navigating divorce, custody, and complex family law matters in Tarrant County courts.
The office was established in 2023 through the addition of Gary Nickelson, Chris Nickelson, and Cindy Tisdale — three of Fort Worth's most prominent Board Certified family law attorneys. Cindy Tisdale is a past president of the State Bar of Texas and an AAML Fellow. Chris Nickelson holds the rare distinction of Double Board Certification in both Family Law and Civil Appellate Law.
The Fort Worth team handles a full spectrum of family law services including divorce, child custody, child support, complex property division, collaborative divorce, family law appeals, and mediation. With deep roots in the Tarrant County legal community, the team is known for delivering strategic and compassionate guidance with a long-standing reputation for excellence.
