    Frank refused to give me a quote on his fees. Instead he randomly told me to Zelle his wife or him money without proof that he did anything. He made me do most of the legwork and he billed me for the work I did. He failed to serve the plaintiff with proper paperwork and he lost the pretrial. He made excuses why he wouldn’t be allowed in the courtroom although Texas law allows for legal representation in small claims court. Don’t trust him he is unethical

    Take money and dissapear, plus take additional fees, with saying court needs it , without proofs....no updates, no information, and they just miss your court date. And court just find you guilty, as nothing was done from attorney side.

    I used Mr. Frankoff for my son's citation and he was very helpful. He did a great job and I appreciate it. My son had multiple citations and all were taken care of.

    STOLE MY MONEY. Paid $270 for him to represent me in a speeding ticket. He said he went to court for me and didn't. A warrant for my arrest was issued. At my next court hearing, I reminded him multiple times, and he still didn't show. I had to pay $300 for a $125 speeding ticket. Frank STILL hasn't paid me my money back after 3 months of him saying he would.
