Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015I had a legal issue in which there was a breach of contract. I contacted Mr. Denham and he responded immediately. We set up a time to meet up and discuss my issue with my business, and Will was very good at listening to and understanding my issues. After we talked, I felt much more comfortable and confident than I did before. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding some gray areas of my case. It turns out that my issue was able to be resolved without having to go through a lawsuit (by getting back the clients I would have pursued in the lawsuit), but my experience with Will left me thinking that he was prepared to fight for and win my case, and I will recommend him to anyone.

Verified ClientHired Attorney 2014When I thought my life was over and I would not be able to do the things I love the most along came Attorney Will Denham, who picked me up and assured me that I still have a real purpose in this life and my job was not over. You see, it is not the length of time but the quality of time that makes this small phrase mean so much when it comes from the heart. THANK YOU for a service well rendered.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
