At BDF Law Group in Houston, Texas, we help creditors protect their financial interests when collecting a debt becomes more complicated than simply requesting payment. Bankruptcy proceedings can interfere with collection efforts, a delinquent borrower may require foreclosure action and a landlord may need to regain possession of a property through the eviction process. Our team assists national lenders as well as smaller financial institutions, private companies, individual investors, and HOA and condominium associations. We provide foreclosure assistance, bankruptcy representation, loan document preparation, document management, title company closing services and other support designed to streamline the creditor-side process.
