Overview

Brittany McDonald received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Management from Baylor University in Waco, Texas in 2020 and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston Texas in 2023. Brittany was admitted to the practice of law in 2023, in Texas. In 2021 during law school Brittany had the opportunity to intern at several law firms specializing in International Trade, Franchise, and Real Estate Law. Upon completion of law school, Brittany worked as an associate for Daspit Law Firm where she practiced civil litigation as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney. Brittany joined our firm in January 2024. She has worked closely with Jake Leggett and our partners to familiarize herself with the intricacies of the HOA and municipal law arenas. She is currently handling a book of HOA clients and is assisting in the municipal arena, with our real estate clients as well as clients requiring assistance with both preparation of wills and handling of probates. Brittany has recently completed the Prosecutor’s Seminar Houston 2024.
