Attorney Information

Overview

Few attorneys have had a front-row seat at the Texas Supreme Court—but David has. He clerked for Justice Jane Bland, where he gained firsthand experience in judicial decision-making at the state’s highest court. He also served as a judicial clerk for two federal judges—U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown and U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Edison—further strengthening his understanding of litigation from the court’s perspective. In short, David’s been behind the scenes and knows what works.

Beyond the courtroom, David spent years representing insurers and plan administrators in complex litigation. From his time defending insurance companies, David knows their playbook—how they assess risk and build their cases, their strengths and weaknesses—and how to counter it. Now, David puts that knowledge and experience to use for you.
