Attorney Jennifer M. Fernández has over ten years of experience in securities law arbitration and civil litigation.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where she graduated Cum Laude and received the History Department Award for attaining the highest-grade point average upon graduation. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico Law School.
Before joining Naimeh Salem & Associates, Jennifer managed securities law cases, representing claimants through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) dispute resolution forum. Her practice focused on advocating for clients who experienced significant economic injuries stemming from the 2014 Puerto Rican bond market crisis.
In addition to her work in securities law, Jennifer litigated civil cases, primarily representing plaintiffs in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance, the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Jennifer is a member of the Bar of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
