Justin Shrader - Houston, TX

Justin Shrader is a founding partner of Shrader & Associates, LLP. He began his legal career at a large toxic tort firm, where he represented thousands of people who had been injured by asbestos exposure. While his time at this firm gave him valuable experience, the high volume of cases sparked a desire to develop more personal connections with the people who he represented, something he could not do at such a large firm. It was important to him that he be able to genuinely connect with the people he represented. With this goal in mind, he partnered with his father to establish Shrader & Associates, LLP, where he primarily takes on cases relating to toxic exposure, asbestos exposure, defective devices, and mesothelioma.

Justin is licensed to practice in Texas and has successfully litigated cases in all fifty states. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995. Subsequently, he attended Baylor University and graduated with his law degree three years later, in 1998.

Justin and his father worked hard to establish their firm, building a team of asbestos and defective medical device lawyers that shared a common vision. Their tenacity paid off and Shrader & Associates, LLP is now known as one of the top mesothelioma law firms in the country.
